By ordering HAPPYJAXX products via this website or our delivery partners you agree to our terms of service.

Delivery services are performed by 3rd parties. Delivery is a separate service from HAPPYJAXX. HAPPYJAXX is not responsible for the performance of our delivery partners and their subcontractors (drivers). Drivers are not hired, managed or directed in anyway by HAPPYJAXX.

HAPPYJAXX boxes, bags, seals and secures your order in a stapled, tied and/or taped bag. HAPPYJAXX will never give a delivery driver any open or damaged packages or bags. Drivers should not open the bag for any reason. Upon receipt of your order delivery drivers take possession and ownership of those items and are responsible for the safe, effective and efficient delivery of those items.
